The circuit is build around a very famous 555 timer IC. When you push switch S1 the 555 IC will activate the relay and hence any thing will be connected to the relay will switch ON. And in the opposite condition when you press the push switch S2 the IC will deactivate the relay and hence any things will be connected to the relay will switch OFF. For S1 and S2 you can use any mini push buttons.
