The heat sensor circuit shown here can be used to control any AC or DC device on desired temperature. The operating voltage of the circuit is 5V to 12V DC. The relay switch should be used according to the operating voltage. The desired level of temperature can be selected with the 50K variable resistor. You can also make experiments by using different values of resistors and thermister to further adjust the circuit.
