The circuit is very simple and using only five parts and a battery or supply. The heart of the circuit is a famous 555 timer IC that can be easily purchased from your local electronic shop or from online electronic stores. An LDR is used as a day and night sensor the 15K variable resistor is used to adjust the circuit on your desired day night level. The circuit can be operated form 5 to 15V DC. The relay should be of same volts as the operating voltage of the circuit. For example if you are operating the circuit with 6V then use a 6V relay too. The two 1N4007 diodes are use to save the IC from the back EMF of the relay.
