For example you can connect four relays with the four outputs, which are output1, output2, output3 and output4 and operate different AC or DC equipments with each relay. The operating voltage of the circuit is 5V to 12V DC.

The circuit is using four 555 ICs , each IC is working as a monostable multivibrator. The timing of each can be adjusted separately with the 1M variable resistor with them and the time period can be increased by increasing the value of the 10uF capacitor (Cx). For example a 10uF capacitor will provide few seconds of delay but by using bigger value capacitors can increase the time period for several minutes to hours. You can also add as many 555 timers as desired in sequence same as we have connected them in the circuit.
