Here is a good quality mini 2 x 22 watt stereo amplifier using TDA1554Q IC. TDA1554Q can be also used as 4 x 11 watt amplifier. The IC comes with 17 leads in SIL plastic package. It contains many built in features like good ripple rejection, short circuit protection, thermal protection, reverse polarity
protection etc. One good feature of this IC is that it requires only few external components due to which the size of the completed circuit will be very small. The supply voltage can be 12V 5A, max supply voltage of this IC is 18V. The IC become hot during the operation due to which a suitable heat sink is necessary. All capacitors used in the circuit should be of 25V ratings.
